Our client is a Bank - To strengthen their Back-Office team, we are currently looking for a

 

Back Office Operation Officer (M/F)

 

Main activities


* You are responsible for processing money market and security deals and update the database accordingly

* You manage incoming and outgoing swift messages

* You verify, execute and validate the clients' instructions and transactions in the system

* You investigate, monitor, solve any queries raised by the clients

* You reconcile Nostro and Vostro accounts and escalate any cash issues

* You bring effective administrative support to the team and update the system according to the aforementioned tasks


Your Profile:


* You hold a University degree in finance, business, or another related field

* You are fluent in English

* You have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role and a sound knowledge of Cash Management and SWIFT system

* You have excellent communication skills

* You are a strong Team Player

* You are dynamic and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment
