We are currently looking for one of our client for a one year contract a :


Commercial Support & Policy Administrator (m/f)





Your Role:

·      Assist the Relationship Managers with the follow up of client files and in all commercial relationships with clients, Intermediaries, Banks and Asset Managers;

·      Act as point of entry for clients by mailing, e-mail, phone. Record their requests and inform the Relationship Managers;

·      Provide a good service to our visiting clients, welcome and inform them on their files;

·      Create set of subscription forms for all markets as well as specific ones for special cases to send to the external partners;

·      Follow-up, update all financial and administrative events such as partial/total surrender, switch, change of holders...

·      Ensure internally the 1st line of defense primarily responsible for risk management and compliance in the Commercial Support Team, performing the following activities:

§  Ensure quality control on the proposal/instructions received by the clients, the ID documentation and on the information filled in the CCQ-RAF by the Intermediaries/RM, corroborate with researches;

§  Perform origin of fund checks also on incoming fund/securities transfers related to initial premium;

§  Follow up of file missing/incomplete documentation;

§  Support the review of client risk classification;

§  Contribute to the establishment and update of check-lists;

§  Ensure that all procedures in place are respected (and assist in the improvement of existing ones);

·      Issue, control and send all annual policies statements for clients;

·      Participate in the management system testing: set-up, follow up and control of functional test;

·      Give assistance to the Teamleader on delivering monthly new figures on new business/ and figures of surrenders and pipeline;

·      Support the team by ensuring a back-up and share knowledge with peers;

·      Cooperate with the other departments.


Your profile: 

§  0-3 years experience or more in a similar role, ideally within the insurance sector;

§  Good knowledge of KYC principles;

§  Mother tongue Italian, proficiency in English, and  French are mandatory;

§  A hands on attitude with a good team spirit;

§  Excellent result and customer orientation.
