We are currently looking for a one year contract a :

 

Deputy Compliance & Legal Officer (m/f)

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Monitoring adherence to AML activities, advise the business relating to KYC/AML issues and assist the KYC review;

·        Updating existing KYC files and assessment of ongoing ones; maintenance of compliance registers, due diligence database and monitoring tools;

·        Perform investment compliance reviews of funds and prepare Management Board Reporting;

·        Coordinate and assist the Chief Compliance Officer in the correspondence and reporting with local authorities, various regulatory agencies, internal auditor and executive management on AML & compliance matters;

·        Supervise and develop written policies and procedures to ensure an effective compliance program in line with legal requirements and group policies;​

·        Complete all necessary regulatory reporting associated with investment compliance;

·        Administration of company secretarial and legal issues of the funds;

·        Provision of regulatory and legal support internally;

·        Coordinate with external legal advisors (complaints /​ legal cases, technical advice requests);

·        Liaise with clients, lawyers and regulators on compliance and regulatory issues;

 
 

REQUIREMENTS:

·        At least two years previous financial services experience with a significant amount of exposure to investment compliance;

·        Comprehensive knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulatory and legal requirements;

·        Be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure with a minimum supervision;

·        Attention to detail

·        Fluency in English– mandatory, other languages would be an advantage.

·        Flexible working hours, open for part time up to minimum 50%

·        Annual contract with the possibility of extension
