We are currently looking, for one of our clients, a European Institution, for a:

Facilities Manager (W/M)
6-month contract to begin

Your mission

• Manage technical, cleaning, catering service providers, and events services.
• Manage landlord liaison and represent the Institution’s interest as a tenant.
• Contribute to creation of tender documents e.g. for cleaning, catering and security services.
• Identify areas to improve and implement the agreed solutions, e.g. related to procedures, documentation, and knowledge management.
• Contribute to Environmental Social Governance (ESG) initiatives.
• Contribute to drafting of internal policies and internal facilities management (FM) marketing and reporting.
• Support all team members with FM projects (e.g. internal moves, physical security management system, BMS/GTC upgrade, electrical resilience).
• Perform FM routine tasks and customer services.

Your profile

• Fluency in English, any other language is a strong asset (French, German).
• At least 5 years of experience in Facilities and Project Management, preferably in Luxembourg.
• Facilities Management or Business Administration related university degree or other higher education.
• Certification in Project management and other FM related certificates is considered as an asset.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with Oracle, ServiceNow, AutoCAD and other FM / IWMS tools would be an advantage.
• Team player with a hands-on mind-set.
• Strong organisational skills and high service orientation.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with business areas and service providers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
