We are looking for a HELPDESK IT – FR/ANG (M/F)
• Collect customer information, analyze it and integrate it into the service management tool;
• Open and track the tickets;
• Transmit the information to the relevant departments after having made a first diagnosis of the problem and a first attempt of resolution;
• Update the data base for each client;
• Participate in projects related to the service.
• Knowledge of English and French, any other language is considered an asset;
• Diploma in the field of computer science or similar experience;
• Knowledge of operating systems (Microsoft Windows), office applications (Microsoft Office) and office equipment;
• Knowledge of ITIL process and best practices;
• Knowledge of Service Now is considered an advantage;
• Good presentation, communication skills and willingness to learn and develop your skills;
• Versatility, great adaptability and an independent person;
• Be dynamic and have the ability to manage stress and priorities.
