job description

For one of our clients based near Mersch we are looking for:

HR Administrative assistant (m//f/d)
English and German speaking

For a fixed term position with the possibility of a permanent position

Your role:


- you will support the HR team in all administrative matters, especially in payroll
- you will take care of the time recording and its transmission
- you will do the sick note registration
- you will manage preparation of monthly closing
- you will create certificates and prepare official documents related to staff administration
- you will file documents, treat e-mails, phone calls and internal communication (mainly in English)


Your profile:


- you have a completed training / diploma in a commercial field, administration field or in human resources
- you have ideally a first experience in payroll, alternatively in a general administrative role
- you have good MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- you speak perfectly English (B2 – C1 level) and German (and/or French)
- you have a Service-oriented, proactive, independent and conscientious way of working
