job description

We are currently looking, for one of our clients of the Finance industry, located in Luxembourg City, for an HR and Payroll Support (f/m)

Working closely with the HR Manager, you are the focal point in the organization for the employees.

Payroll:
• Collect and collate monthly payroll data for accurate payroll runs, starters, leavers, leaves, illness, sport reimbursement and other changes and deductions from payroll.
• Management of Secondments, Long and Short-Term Business Trips
• Co-operate with Payroll Vendor for accurate and timely Salaries
• Payroll Expert for Lux - Keeping up to date with legislation, tax, and benefits
• Ensure sign-on bonuses or other payments that require repayment by Employee to be recorded in correct month for accurate and timely repayment in payroll for Employee
• Global Employment Contract Management

Support Employees and HR:
• First contact for Employees on Salary, Benefits, Pension & Insurances
• Ensure information regarding Payroll and Benefits on the Intranet is up to date and correct
• Meet with Employees leaving and returning from Parental Leave and inform them of the process and ensure data is correct regarding leaves and that salaries are paid accordingly
• Prepare Ad hoc reports to HR Team and Managers
