For one of our clients, located near to the German border, we are looking for an:
HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:

- You will be the contact point between HR function and internal business functions
- You will manage staffing, recruitment, workforce planning, high-potential employee development, succession planning
- You will do some internal HR consultancy like: resolve internal conflicts and figure out the best solution, being the contact person for technical and legal questions concerning different HR matters
- You will work on HR-related internal projects with different Stakeholders
- You will manage the general HR program/policy implementation, administration and compliance
- You will manage internal employee relations and communications
- You will manage the rewards program
- You will analyse HR related reporting
- You will support payroll administration and you are in charge of daily administrative HR related tasks
Your profile:
- You have an HR related Diploma (Bachelor or Master degree would be suitable) or equivalent
- You have a representative job experience in HR in Luxembourg preferably (knowledge of luxemburgish labor law)
- You have high communication skills with internal/external stakeholders
- You speak perfectly French and English, any other language would be a strong asset
- You know how to deal with MS-Office, SAP, Microtis and DSK preferably
- You have a dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure
situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters
- You have strong organization, prioritization, time-management skills
- You have a positive and cooperative attitude
