Human Resources and Commercial Consultant (m/f) for a permanent contract
ENGLISH and FRENCH speaking


Your responsibilities:

- You will manage different recruiting processes for interim and direct recruitment (large activity sector, but mainly administrative, logistics, legal and accountancy profiles)
- You will do daily personal and administrative management of more or less 50 people as interim staff (creating job descriptions and put them online, CV screening, interviews, creating contracts, timesheet management, legal management and advice, working directly with the payroll department, salary calculation and negotiation etc. …)
- You will present an individual career advice adapted to the Luxembourgish working market
- You will be in direct contact with your clients and your candidates
- You will do commercial activities, management of a large international client portfolio
- You will manage daily Customer Service with a lot of proactivity
- You will negotiate with your clients
- You will be in charge of customer acquisition in order to find new business opportunities for the company


Your profile :

- You are fluent in French and English (both at least B2 level), any other language like German would be a great asset
- You have preferably some job experience in commercial and/or HR sector
- You like managing professional relationships with people and make new business approach
- You are dynamic, proactive and you like working autonomously
- You are searching for a creative and fascinating job in a really motivated and open minded team
