For one of our clients in Bissen we are searching for a:

Human Resources Generalist (m/f/d) German speaking

Your responsibilities:

- You will manage training needs and identify skills and/or knowledge gaps 

- You will be part of the HR department and do also administration related matters like updating data in SAP

- You will manage the training process and organize internal and external training sessions

- You will complete the annual INFPC report

- You will also manage the recruitment process: posting job offers, CV screening, interviewing candidates etc?

- You will be the first point of contact for the employees in HR related metters

Your profile:

- You have a university degree in HR, BA or similar

- You have a first professional job experience in Human Resources 

- You are familiar with MS Office, SAP knowledge is considered an advantage

- You are fluent in German and English
