We are currently looking, for one of our clients, an European Institution, for a :


Investor Relations Administrative Assistant – English speaking (W/M)
6-month contract


Within the front-office desk in charge of Funding and Investor Relation, you will assist daily Investor Relations activities as well as management of banks and market contacts. You will also act as Personal Assistant to the Head of Funding.


Your mission :

• Support Investor Relations team in the technical organisation of roadshows and conferences.
• Supporting back to office work after roadshows and conferences.
• Database management.
• Supporting the publication of the newsletter.
• Day-to-day management of the website.
• Maintenance of the Marketing Plan.
• Organisation of meetings.
• Monitoring the inbox.
• Administrative support for the Head of Funding.


Your profile :

• Fluency in English, any other additional language would be an asset.
• Strong MS-office skills (including Access).
• Website Management (including Drupal).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of debt capital markets, the financial sector and the European institutions is an asset.
• Experience in being in contact with banks and investors like Financial Institutions, market agents, sales desks…
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Being proactive, self-confident, outgoing.
• Working autonomously with a high sense of responsibility.
