IT Support and Asset Management Specialist
Duration: 3 months (until the end of the year)
Location: Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg

Job Description:
For one of our clients, we are seeking an IT Support Specialist to strengthen their team. You will provide technical assistance to both internal and external users while managing the company’s IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in installing and configuring software and hardware for users.
Manage IT assets in the company’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Handle service desk tickets and resolve technical support requests.
Maintain office IT equipment and oversee procurement processes.
Document and report technical issues for future resolution.
Candidate Profile:

Strong knowledge of both Windows and MacOS environments.
Experience with ticketing systems and IAM/MDM solutions (Azure AD, Intune).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
