We are currently looking for a:
Lead Developer PHP/React (M/F)
Your mission:
· Responsible for directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications;
· Ensure effective communication between team members and other IT functional areas;
· Provide feedback and suggestions for process and product improvement and act as a technical mentor and adviser;
· Analyse and design scalable applications;;
· Deliver quality code (tested);
· Integrate software with existing systems;
· Maintain and improve current applications using mainly PHP, JS (React).
Your profile:
· Experience in a web development environment requiring technical knowledge on PHP /Javascript (React) / MySQL / Docker / Git (Unit test experience is appreciated);
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lead developer;
· Strong communication skills that help the lead application developer translate the ideas of business leaders (IT product owners) and end users into technical requirements that the development team understands and implements;
· The ambition to learn new things and deal with new technologies;
· Fluency in French and English;
· Experience in Agile environment is appreciated;
