Learning Project Manager (W/M)
6-month contract to begin


In short
Design and deploy appropriate internal learning and development programs for the EU and North America.


Responsibilities

• Design and deploy appropriate learning and performance solutions.
• Adapt materials created for the classroom to e-learning, mobile, and social tools.
• Lead and/or participate in learning project teams.
• Build positive, collaborative and action oriented partnerships among peers and stakeholders to scale durable learning and performance solutions.
• Draw upon a wide variety of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, skill development as well as efficient and fun learning.
• Build partnerships with multiple stakeholders to support our business through learning.
• Facilitate programs using skilful application of adult learning theory to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
• Coordinate program logistics and manage compliance.
• Manage collection of, interpret and analyse business data to report conclusions and make recommendations based on findings.
• Produce written reports to communicate and gain support for solutions, measurement and evaluation plans.
• Communicate with Directors, Vice Presidents and other senior leadership.


Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work on a shift schedule from time to time in order to support activities in North America.
• Strong MS Office skills (including advanced Excel functionalities).
• Familiarity with (relational) database concepts and best practices.
• Experience in Learning Solutions.
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills; accuracy is essential.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, often with conflicting deadlines.
• Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communications skills.
