For one of our clients at Kirchberg, we are searching for a

 

Legal Assistant (m/f) for a permanent contract

 

Your duties and responsibilities:


- You will maintain registers and other corporate documents

- You will organize and prepare the board, shareholders´ and other
meetings

- You will file with the Register of Commerce and Companies

- You will be in charge of filing and administration of legal documents

- You will manage the correspondence in English

- You will be the point of contact with notaries and international law firms

Required qualifications and experience:


- Previous exposure to corporate governance or first work experience
as a Legal Assistant

- Sound knowledge of MS-Office-package

- Fluency in English and good command of French; Knowledge of German will be considered as an asset

- Capacity and affinity to work in an international, multicultural and
teamwork-orientated environment
