For one of our customers, based near the city Center of Luxembourg, we are looking for:
Logistic analyst, English C1 (m/f/d):
This would be a fixed-term contract of 12 months
Your role:
- Handle daily activities to ensure logistics activities execution, with constant interface between customers, suppliers, operations in South America, planning, and finance department; and manage back-office activities related to the logistics process
- billing, planning, organizing logistics operations, tracking, cash collection, administrative tasks, documentation handling, controls/reports and other ad-hoc analysis and processes
Your profile:
Degree in Administration/Logistics/International Trade/ Engineering
English: fluent/native;
German, Portuguese, or Spanish are considered an advantage.
Shipping lines, trucking companies and warehouses management.
You have a good knowledge of SAP
Strong excel skills : SUMIFS, AGGREGATE, XLOOKUP (or VLOOKUP), combine IF with VLOOKUP bringing external referencing, filters, hyperlinks, macros
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
Resilience to work in an offshore branch office, with different time zone from Adm HQ in which constant alignment is required
Ready to adapt to international practices;
Conciliate the regular routine activities with improvement projects
