Then you might be interested in the following offer. We are currently looking for a :

                                   Operational Assistant (M/F)

Your tasks : 

The Assistant, under the supervision of a Senior Assistant and the HoD, will mainly perform general administrative tasks, including among the others:

- To mail/document control and distribution;

- To update and creation of excel files for the different purposes of the Division;

- To manage the distribution and filing of notes and other documents relevant for the Division;

- To handle the preparation of slides;

- The manage the organisation of meetings, conference calls and calendars;

Additional and more complex tasks could be added during the contract, in function of the demonstrated skills and integration in the Division.


Your profile :

- You obtained a Secondary level education;

- You have previous experience in a Bank’s organisational structure;

- You speak fluently English (C1) and French (C1);

- The knowledge of specific IT systems and their procedures is an advantage;

- An excellent knowledge of MS Office tools  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory;

- You are immediately available for a one-year-opportunity !
