For one of our clients located in Cloche d'Or, we are looking for an:

                                                             Order Administrator

STARTING DATE : Immediately

N+1 REPORT : Head of Back Office

The Order Administrator (OA) manages the complete order to invoice flow for part of the raw
material supply chain. The OA is also responsible for the follow up of deliveries and contacts
with both suppliers and the production plants.

Order Administration tasks:
- Raw materials contract management in SAP
- Translate supply contracts and spot purchases into Sales & Purchase orders in SAP
- Together with steel plants, prepare deliveries of the purchased products
- Follow up of deliveries (documentation, quantity, quality, claims, …)
- Price calculation and verification
- Monthly accounts closing
- Invoicing to plants

- Bachelor degree (Bac +3) or equivalent in logistics or business administration
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a similar job
- Proven practical experience with MM (material management) module in SAP
- Experience with FI (Finance & accounting) is an asset
- Fluent with spreadsheets (Excel, Google sheets)
- Experience in an international environment is welcome
- Languages: English (fluent), French (good level); additional languages are an asset
(Durtch, German, Spanish, Portuguese)
- Skills: Accurate, communicative, able to work with different cultures
