For the European Institutions, we are looking for a Learning & Development Officer
Responsibilities:
- Support the team of SL&D Officers in setting up and delivering (blended) learning programmes in various environments (in-person and virtual) and using technologies available at the Bank.

- Administer the Learning management system (SAP SuccessFactors) to input the data about the learning courses and update the info for tracking and reporting purposes (enrollment, cancelation, waiting list, attendance, documentation, training rooms, etc)
- Coordinate the visits of external consultants and trainers (invitation, calendar, access, logistics, training rooms, hotel rooms)
- Support the implementation of plans and initiatives in the Unit and participate in the optimisation of processes and working tools
- Monitoring the team mailbox and responding promptly to inquiries by providing first-level support or redirecting as appropriate
- Take a cooperative approach within the team and act as a back-up to other operational assistants as required
Qualifications and professional skills( mandatory)
- Secondary level diploma, completed with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, or learning) or secondary level diploma with equally qualified experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operational or business support position in a relevant field.
- Very good verbal and written English language skills. A good command of French would be advantageous.
- Very good knowledge of standard IT & office tools (particularly Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
