Portfolios & Liquidity Operations officer (M/F/D)
The incumbent(s) report to and work under the supervision of senior members of the P&LO Division.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the settlement of cash flow operations related to business activities under different product lines (drawdowns of Private Equity Funds, guarantee calls and disbursement requests) and general expenses of the organisation;
- Manage the daily process of inflows distribution and payments reconciliation.
- Perform checking of trades, matching trade confirmations and first validation for the transactions related to the organisation’s treasury operations (money market and callable deposits, FX operations, liquidity management operations) in the treasury system;
- Manage the external bank accounts database and ensure its completeness in the systems, prepare the documentation for opening/closing of bank accounts;
- Be in contact with the banks regarding the matters related to the opening, closing and maintenance of the bank accounts;
- Provide efficient support for the other team members during the holidays period;
- Ensure payment instructions are sent timely to the banks;
- Establish, organise and maintain the filing systems for easy access and retrieval of information related to the team’s activities;
- When required provide assistance to external auditors;
- Contribute to specific projects of the division.
Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably at post-graduate level, in a relevant field such as Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or similar;
- At least three (3) years relevant professional experience for Officer role and five (5) for Senior Officer in payments and settlements, preferably gained in operations or back office in a financial or in the banking sector;
- Good knowledge of back office activities and transactional settlements;
- Knowledge of Business Objects, online banking systems would be considered an asset;
- Knowledge of SWIFT would be considered an asset:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.

Duration :
- Starts with a two month contract (serving as trial period) with a high possibility of extension
