On behalf of our client, a prominent European institution, we are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Data & Analytics.
This is a key temporary role where you will join a dedicated Project and Digitalisation Coordination team. You will be instrumental in driving a large-scale digital transformation programme aimed at completely modernising the organisation's IT systems, data platforms, and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will report to senior members of the Digitalisation Coordination Division and be responsible for:
Programme Delivery: Actively contribute to and support the successful delivery of the organisation's flagship digitalisation programme.
Data & Analytics Focus: Steer projects related to the modernisation of data management, reporting, and analytics platforms, supporting the transition to a fully digital and data-driven institution.
Portfolio Management: Manage and execute the project portfolio, ensuring robust monitoring and control of status, budget, scope, and timelines.
PMO Activities: Oversee project dependencies, establish key success factors (KPIs), and ensure all project documentation aligns with established methodologies.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and manage risks and inter-dependencies across various projects, ensuring timely remediation.
Stakeholder Management & Coaching: Support, guide, and coach internal stakeholders in their own project management activities, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Communication & Alignment: Facilitate collaboration across transversal project teams, ensuring efficient communication, understanding of needs, and alignment with business priorities.
Reporting: Apply detailed monitoring tools to provide robust project status reporting and budgetary control to senior management.
Your Profile
We are looking for a professional with a strong track record in project management and a deep understanding of data-related initiatives.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Education: A Master’s degree (MSc/MA) in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience post-graduation in project management, specifically focused on the delivery of data, reporting, or analytics initiatives.
PM Knowledge: Strong knowledge of project portfolio management (PPM), quality management, and reporting principles.
Technical Skills: Excellent command of the MS Office Package.
Languages: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Advantageous Skills (Highly Desirable):
Sector Experience: Previous experience in the financial sector is a significant asset.
PM Tools: Working knowledge of programme/project management software (e.g., MS Project, Basecamp).
Methodologies:
A good understanding of Lean-Agile Leadership, Lean Portfolio Management, and Agile Product Delivery.
Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PM2, PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Agile (Lean, SAFe, Scrum) are a major advantage.
Digital Transformation:
Direct experience with data analytics, data management, and new technologies is a strong advantage.
Prior involvement in large-scale digitalisation or business transformation programmes is highly beneficial.
Languages: Knowledge of other EU languages would be a plus.
