The insurance suretyship agreements in place guarantees the Policyholder’s obligations to temporary workers and to the Italian tax and social security institutions, as required by ministerial authorization. This guarantee is a necessary condition for maintaining the authorization to operate as an employment agency in Italy.
The beneficiaries of the insurance suretyship agreements in force are entitled to verify the agreements authenticity by sending an email to Stadhold Insurances (Luxembourg) S.A.’ captive manager : Dasha Douglas dasha.douglas@randstad.com. The email should make reference to the agreement number and the verification code mentioned in the agreement.
