You will join a close-knit, people-oriented team of around 30 professionals in a dynamic, international environment that values flat hierarchies, open communication, and quick decision-making.
Key Requirements:
Critical Requirement: We are specifically seeking a profile fluent in both English and German.
- Languages: Fluent German & English are essential (French and/or Dutch are a strong plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent practical training.
- Service Mindset: Strong customer-first attitude with excellent phone, email, chat, and in-person communication skills.
- Financial Interest: A genuine interest in financial markets and eagerness to learn.
- Tech Affinity: Comfortable with modern software, trading tools, and technologies.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours linked to market schedules, including a late shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM) about 5 times a month and occasional holiday coverage.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver high-quality, dedicated support to active private clients across multiple communication channels (chat, phone, email, in-person).
- Act as a solution-oriented first point of contact for client queries regarding trading tools, platforms, and financial products.
- Collaborate closely with an open-minded, international team to ensure seamless daily support and operations.
