We are currently recruiting a :
Regulatory Project Manager – Group Risk & Compliance (M/F/D)
In this dynamic role, you will lead the implementation of a new Digital Regulatory Compliance Tool (DiReCT). You will act as the bridge between IT and Compliance, ensuring our systems meet critical EU regulations regarding Market Abuse, Conflict of Interest, and Artificial Intelligence governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory & Security Assessments: Coordinate security, data protection, and upcoming AI regulation checks for the new digital tool to ensure total compliance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between the compliance team, IT, and external software providers. Organize workshops to gather needs and prepare reports for management.
- Project Management: Plan, track, and monitor the project's progress. Identify potential risks and manage issues using dedicated tracking tools to ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation & Audit Readiness: Keep all project documents organized, traceable, and ready for audits. Draft clear control descriptions and compliance summaries.
- Process Improvement: Look for ways to build compliance rules directly into the new tool's design, making everyday workflows easier, safer, and more practical for the teams.
STRICT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Please note that this position has highly specific requirements. Applications that do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.
- Mandatory Education: You must hold a full University degree, preferably in Law, Political Science, Economics, or Finance.
- Strict Experience Requirement (5+ Years): You must have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Project Management or regulatory change initiatives, including the implementation of new processes, controls, or standards.
Additional Qualifications & Tech Skills
- Strong understanding of Compliance within Financial Services and Capital Markets, as well as the related regulatory framework.
- Excellent, fully proficient command of written and spoken English and/or French. (Knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage).
- Sound knowledge of project management methodologies, ideally supported by a certification (Prince2, PMI, Agile, PM2, etc.).
- Bonus Experience: Previous experience as a compliance officer, a specialized compliance consultant, or strong knowledge of Market Abuse and Conflict of Interest topics will be considered a significant asset.
- Tech/Process Bonus: Good knowledge of business analysis, process engineering, and change management is a strong advantage.
