For one of our clients, a global leader in engineered industrial equipment, we are looking for a:
Technical Assistant – Project Execution (M/F/D)
In this key role, you will provide critical administrative, document control, and commercial execution support to ensure flawless project delivery, timely invoicing, and high customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Order & ERP Management: Accurately set up and maintain Sales Orders in the ERP system, managing budgets, instalments, bank guarantees, project amendments, and change orders in strict alignment with client purchase orders.
- Invoicing & Project Closure: Proactively issue client invoices and follow up on final project closure activities to meet internal financial goals and client expectations.
- Document Control: Take ownership of project documentation management, including maintaining document registers, handling client documentation exchanges, and compiling final client dossiers.
- Production & Operational Support: Assist the project execution team with administrative workflows and prepare accurate, high-quality fabrication files for production.
- Cross-Functional & Client Coordination: Act as a main administrative link between Sales, Engineering, and Finance departments to guarantee smooth project progress and foster strong client relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Languages: Full professional fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Core Skills: Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization capabilities with high attention to detail and a "first-time-right" mindset.
- Mindset: Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a strong drive to learn.
- Desirable Experience & Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems, and common commercial terms.
- Prior experience in document control or project administration.
- Familiarity with a manufacturing/industrial environment or international client management.
