Financial Controller (M/F)
Main Mission:
Reporting to the Head of the Central Performance team, this key role involves expertise in fixed costs, detailed performance reporting, and strategic business partnering across various regions. This is a fixed-term mission (1 year) to replace parental leave.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Fixed Costs Expertise: Manage and steer fixed costs in accordance with established procedures and methodologies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monthly Performance Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on fixed costs, FTEs (Full-Time Equivalents), and productivity, using in-depth knowledge of financial/HR systems. This includes data extraction, data quality control, and presenting key insights.
- Managerial Analysis: Provide qualitative analysis to support and influence management decisions.
- HR Productivity & TCOE Studies: Contribute to HR productivity improvements and Total Cost of Employment (TCOE) studies.
- Cluster & Segment Partnership: Collaborate closely with performance steering managers in clusters and HR teams, consolidating and challenging bottom-up data from various regions. Assist in preparing dashboards to generate performance insights.
Profile Sought:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial analysis and performance reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and office tools, with experience using BI reporting tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong finance controlling skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for challenging assumptions and driving improvements.
- High attention to detail and rigor in data manipulation, especially under tight deadlines (for example, during closing periods).
- Strong team player with a collaborative and open-minded approach.
