PQA Engineer (Temporary Contract)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PQA Engineer to join our Quality team in Echternach for a temporary assignment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the stability and capability of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for a range of quality assurance activities, from equipment approval to statistical process control, contributing directly to the high standards of our products.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment & Tooling Qualification: Manage and execute the approval process for new machines, equipment, and tools to ensure they meet quality and operational standards.
Measurement System Analysis (MSA): Conduct analyses of measuring systems to verify their accuracy, precision, and stability, ensuring reliable data collection.
Process Control & Capability: Perform process capability studies (e.g., Cpk, Ppk) and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies to monitor, control, and improve manufacturing processes.
Quality Documentation: Maintain, update, and contribute to the further development of the plant's quality documentation, including control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for continuous improvement, presenting findings through reports and dashboards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
A university degree in a technical field is required (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or a similar discipline).
Skills & Experience:
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Technical Proficiency: Excellent command of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Languages:
Fluent in both written and spoken English (mandatory).
A good working knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
