Project Manager (M/F)
Responsibilities
... - Manage Project Portfolio Execution: Oversee and support project delivery by setting success factors, monitoring status, budget, scope, and timelines. This includes managing projects directly and coaching stakeholders.
- Coordinate Project Inter-dependencies: Track relationships between projects, prioritize tasks, and maximize outcomes based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and address risks and issues across projects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain Project Documentation: Ensure all projects are documented according to methodologies for accurate progress and status reporting.
- Align with Business Priorities: Centralize, review, and align project portfolio activities with the organization's strategic business priorities.
- Implement Monitoring Tools: Utilize detailed monitoring tools for robust project and portfolio management, budgetary control, and reporting.
- Facilitate Collaboration: Promote cooperation across project teams, coordinating and engaging business units for transversal projects to ensure efficient communication.
- Support Procurement: Assist with procurement and invoicing for external providers, including drafting terms of reference and budget tracking.
Profile
- Education: Master's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, economics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least three years of post-graduate experience in portfolio, program, or project management and delivery, preferably in the financial sector.
- Project Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of project portfolio management, reporting, and quality management.
- Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Basecamp, MS Project) is a plus.
- Certifications: Project Management (PM2, PMI, PRINCE2) and/or Agile (Lean, SAFe, Scrum) certifications are an advantage.
- Transformation Programs: Direct experience or involvement in digitalization and business transformation programs is beneficial.
- Technology Interest: Exposure to and interest in new technologies are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English is required; knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.
- Achievement Drive: Strong focus on performance improvement and meeting goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change and take a flexible approach to achieve outcomes.
