We are currently looking for, for one of our clients located in Esch-sur-Alzette:
Talent Acquisition Support Officer (M/F)
The role :
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates
- Help organize interviews and assist in maintaining communication with applicants
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure smooth administrative handling of recruitment steps
- Maintain data quality in our applicant tracking system and assist in reporting on key metrics
- Help ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant legal standards, with a focus on GDPR
Your profile :
· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
· Several years of experience in recruitment
· Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
· Organized, reliable, and proactive with a collaborative mindset
· Able to quickly adapt and provide effective support in a dynamic environment
· Languages:
o English: Business Fluent
o French: Basic Knowledge
o German: Basic Knowledge
