About the Client
Our partner is a renowned financial institution based in Luxembourg-Kirchberg. Operating within a highly regulated and prestigious environment, they are looking for a Business Reporting Analyst to act as a strategic bridge between technical data and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Working within a strict governance framework and meeting immovable deadlines, your role focuses on four major pillars:
Strategic & Executive Reporting: Own and deliver enterprise-critical reporting cycles (Corporate Operational Plan, Monthly Activity, Year-End Closing) for senior management and Board stakeholders.
Executive Ad-Hoc Analysis: Deliver high-precision scenario analysis and actionable insights to support urgent, high-visibility requests from Top Management and Directors.
Group & Institutional Alignment: Represent the function in group-level data discussions and validate new developments in the reporting environment before production.
Data Governance & Visualization: Ensure the consistency and reliability of Tableau dashboards, maintaining clear documentation of data flows, assumptions, and reconciliation logic.
Your Profile
Education: Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance).
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in management reporting, risk reporting, or governance-focused analytics, ideally within a regulated environment.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (Power Query, data modeling, complex formulas). Solid experience with Tableau or Business Objects is required. Knowledge of Alteryx or SQL is a significant advantage.
Languages: Native-level fluency or professional mastery of English (C1/C2) is mandatory. Any other language (French, German, Luxembourgish) is an asset.
Core Competencies: Strong data storytelling skills, stakeholder diplomacy, and the ability to operate under pressure with high discretion.
Offer & Benefits
Contract Type: Temporary assignment (Intérim) for 2 months, with a strong possibility of renewal.
Salary: Competitive monthly gross salary ranging from €4,500 to €6,500, depending on your years of experience.
