Role Overview
• To develop and manage the assigned portfolio of customers in order to optimize their business profitability and foster their loyalty,
• To acquire new market share by identifying and addressing any business opportunity for prospects and converting them into active Customers,
• To achieve the commercial targets by regularly reviewing Customers’ performance and taking the relevant actions with all the external and internal business partners,

Your profile
1. Market Knowledge of Luxembourg
• Understands the Luxembourg logistics market and main industries (automotive, E&M, high-tech, capital equipment (CAPx).
• Familiar with key import/export flows and local competitors.
2. Practical Freight Forwarding Experience
• Minimum 2 to 3 years hands-on experience in Airfreight and/or Oceanfreight sales or operations.
• Able to discuss transport solutions confidently with customers.
• Knows Incoterms in-and-out.
3. Customer Acquisition Skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and secure new business.
• Comfortable with cold calling, customer visits, and networking.
4. Commercial Mindset
• Understands GP (Gross Profit), pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Focuses on selling profitable solutions, not just volume.
5. Communication & Relationship Building
• Strong communication skills in Luxemburgish, German & English. French or some other are an advantage for the Luxembourg market.
• Build trust quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships.
