Key responsibilities
Manage and track customer orders with high precision to ensure fast and efficient processing.
Coordinate actions smoothly with the Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to streamline operations.
Secure a maximum level of customer satisfaction by providing tailored, warm and professional answers to every request.
Support overall customer service activities to maintain an outstanding and reliable service experience.
Qualifications
Previous successful experience in a similar customer service representative or account management role.
Strong practical knowledge of SAP software to successfully drive your daily missions.
Mandatory fluency in English, with French language skills considered a valuable asset.
Strong communication skills, natural empathy and a resolutely customer-centric mindset.
Proven ability to work in a highly structured, organized and autonomous way within a team.
