Marketing & Communications Officer – Creative Content & Events (M/F/X)
For one of our partners, a prestigious international institution located in the Kirchberg district, we are seeking a versatile and creative Marketing & Communications Officer. Joining a high-performing Marketing Division, you will evolve in a multicultural, fast-paced environment where your storytelling and organizational skills will directly support awareness and fundraising initiatives.
Your Mission
As a key contributor to the division, you will work transversally on the following pillars:
Content Creation & Copywriting: Crafting compelling marketing content, developing catchy straplines, and designing high-impact PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for senior stakeholders.
Event Management (A to Z): Supporting the planning, creative conceptualization, and execution of events, including post-event success measurement.
Project & Campaign Coordination: Driving thematic projects and marketing campaigns, supported by thorough market and internal research.
Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a bridge between internal departments and external service providers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Administrative Support: Drafting procurement documentation for external goods and services in compliance with institutional standards.
Your Profile
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or institutional environment.
Hard Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office (specifically advanced PowerPoint and Excel). Familiarity with tools like Swoogo, Cvent, or Monday.com is a strong asset.
Languages: An excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in other EU languages is considered a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: You are highly organized, autonomous, and possess a "can-do" attitude. Your ability to turn complex information into clear, persuasive visual and written content is your greatest strength.
