statistical assistant (m/f/d).

We are currently looking for :

                                                  Statistical assistant (M/F/D)

Task : 

• Help Commission staff validate national data and produce aggregates.

• Contribute to statistical publications.

• Maintain regular contact with Member States on data quality issues.

• Produce statistical data and process price indices.

• Prepare statistical publications.

• Work on metadata and data relevance.

• Assist with the dissemination of statistics, and draft and edit statistical texts to ensure clarity and accuracy.

• Perform seasonal adjustments of time-series data as needed, applying relevant methodologies and techniques.

Your profile :

• You hold a degree in data management or statistics.

• You have experience working with databases and managing data.

• You have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.

• You are detail-oriented and able to manage system updates and improvements.

• You have a strong command of English (at least B2 level).

• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Salary :

• 27.,65€ gross/hour

Length of contract:

• October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 -  with a possibility of extension
